Jess asked Will if she should make an online will. Will suggested that with her complicated asset structure that it would probably be better to get a tailor-made will from a law firm.
Jess was a busy person and never found time to take the day off work and go to the lawyers and make her will.
In the end, Jess accidentally overdosed on sleeping tablets. Jess never made a will, it got really ugly and people are still fighting over the estate today. Let’s just say Will might have been wrong in this case. Any will would have been better than no will at all. In hindsight, Jess should have made a will online if she didn’t have time to go to a lawyer.
